A family history
Between tradition and modernity
At the reception, Caroline Koehler perpetuates the family tradition that has lasted for over a century. She warmly welcomes visiting gourmets who wish to discover a traditional and refined cuisine as well as regulars, some of whom have been visiting the restaurant for over 50 years.
You will be invited to enjoy the quietness of the veranda (with a view of Chef David Hoffer’s kitchens) and its contemporary architecture to have a drink, or to go directly to the dining room to immerse yourself in the history of the Koehler family and enjoy a pleasant moment where gastronomy rhymes with exchanges and good humor.
In order to preserve the family spirit that is so dear to them, the Koehler family, members of the Association des Étoiles d’Alsace, receive their guests in the same place that welcomed the customers of the Relais Poste held by the family in the last century,
And also the very first amateurs of the succulent local cuisine proposed by the great-grandmother of the Master of the Places: Mélanie Koehler.
